Through the application test of polymer surface sizing agent and comparison with similar products, it is concluded that when the amount of N-hydroxymethylacrylamide is W=3%, the sizing function of lotion is better.

Generally speaking, the larger the proportion of the external sizing agent in the composition of the external sizing solution, the greater the improvement of the paper surface function, especially in the aspects of printability and external strength. However, the price of the component external sizing agent is high, and the excessive component external sizing agent share will greatly increase the sizing cost. Therefore, the component external sizing agent share in the starch sizing solution is generally not more than 10%, and the mass fraction of the sizing solution is generally 4% - 6%.
