1. Appearance

Generally, visual inspection is used to observe the color, transparency, caking and impurities of acrylic lotion.

2. Ca2+stability test

Take 16ml of product sample, place it in a test tube with a diameter of 18ml X 180ml, add 4ml of 5% calcium chloride solution, shake it well, and stand for 1, 24, 48 hours to observe whether there is gel, layering, and demulsification.

3. High temperature stability test

Take 50ml of acrylic acid lotion sample, place it in a 1 00ml triangular bottle with stopper, cover the bottle stopper, and observe whether there is gel, layering and demulsification after 1 00h in a 60 ° C incubator (the surface conjunctiva is normal).

4. Acid and alkali resistance stability test

Take 5ml of product sample, place them in two test tubes with a diameter of 18mm X 180mm respectively, then add 5ml of 1% hydrochloric acid and 5ml of 1% sodium hydroxide into the two test tubes respectively, shake them well, and observe whether there is gel, layering and demulsification after standing for 10min.

5. Dilution stability test

Take 10ml of acrylic acid lotion sample, place it in a 200ml measuring stick, add water to 150ml, shake it evenly, and observe whether there is gel, layering and demulsification after standing for 72h.

6. Mechanical stability test

Take 150ml of product sample, place it in a beaker, stir it for 10min at the speed of (800 - 1 000) r/min, and then stand for 30min to observe whether there is gel, stratification and demulsification.

7. Determination of solid content

Pour 3-4g lotion into a culture dish with a diameter of 50mm, bake it at 120C for 1.5h, weigh it, and calculate its solid content.
